At Kortbroek, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Health and personal care items (e.g. underwear or intimate wear)
Partial Refunds
We may offer a partial refund in the following cases:

The item shows signs of wear or use

The item is not in its original condition or is damaged (not due to our error)

The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming:

That we’ve received your return

Whether your refund has been approved or rejected
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time to reflect

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@kortbroek.co.za.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

If you’re returning an item over a certain value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
